I was trying to sell my house and it would not sell. I don't know why,
it wasn't like it was a mansion beyond affordability or a piece of crap

handed out flyers told my friends and neighbors only to produce real
estate sharks with lowball offers, tire kickers and people that
couldn't qualify for a loan if their life depended on it . Sure I found
a few serious buyers, but they couldn't get loans.
Still frustratedI thought about putting it on an internet site, but I
needed to sell my house, not just show it. Time was running out, and
after searching far and wide it seemed like no solution would be found.
I had thought about renting it out but being a landlord I simply didn't
have time to deal with the headaches and maintenance that i knew would
go along with renting, also i knew chasing down tenants for payments
would waste even more of my time. Not to mention i couldn't stand the
thought of having to evict someone.
I was about to give up and let the bank have the house. It just didn't
seem right letting the place that we called house go back to the bank
and lose everything we had worked so hard for. I was trying everything
I could but i knew wi had to face the truth I might lose my house.
I was researching what happens when houses go through foreclosure and
what I found scared me to death. Not only do you lose your house but if
the bank sells the house for less than what you owe they come after you
for the rest. Sad and disappointed I knew I would probably have to go
through bankruptcy as well because I owed so much on my house.
This house was about to screw me life up royally. I was about to throw
in the towel when I was talking to my mom and she said,
"Have you thought about selling you house on eBay?"
I laughed at her, "You've got to be joking, eBay, really?" She told me
that eBay was like the Niagara Falls of buyers, but who would buy a
house on eBay? I told mom selling a house on eBay was ridiculous and it
would never work, but secretly I went house to try it.
I was shocked at how little it costs to sell a house on eBay. But even
being so affordable I was disappointed that in eBay there were a
usually high amount of unsuccessful real estate auctions. Well what the
heck, I had nothing to lose. Well except my house which I had mentally
written off as lost to the bank anyway. From the economy downturn and
credit crunched market place I had already tried to sell to, I knew no
one was going to buy my house all cash.

It dawned on me, I don't have to sell all cash,

payments for me. That would save me from foreclosure and even give me
extra money that I hadn't had in years. I found out later that what I
was doing was called Rent-to-own but it never seemed like an option
until now, and then it hit me like a ton of bricks.

I leave my loan in place and offer financing just like the banks to my
new buyer. The new buyer would give me a non-refundable down payment
and they would also give me a monthly payment, just like they would the
banks and this would cover my monthly payments.
I was still concerned though about the new buyer taking care of my
house until I realized I had a large chunk of their money as a down
payment. If they were investing that much into a new house that they
could not get back, chances are they would find value in the house and
take better care of it. I knew I didn't want any landlord headaches or

taking care of my house, they would responsible for any needed repairs,
taxes maintnece etc and if they moved out I would keep there down

Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.
ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
